New publicans of The Shoulder of Mutton, Assington are Paul Harris and Sam Osborn who have a passion for keeping the pub down to it's roots - cosy, relaxed country vibe, serving delicious locally produced food, with customer service at the forefront.
Headed up and run by local favourite is the terrific Totty Lingard, a very established manager in her own right, who believes in traditional values with a twist.
She believes that "we create a special vibe that makes people happy and want to return over and over again.
